Everything below is either working today or plainly marked as not. We plan against the season you actually run — the off-season when there's time to set things up, the opener when you're hiring, and the months the gate is open — because a fiscal quarter on a slide means nothing at a pool.
Everything here works today, and every plan gets all of it — there are no feature tiers. See features for the detail.
Log readings against the schedule your facility runs, see what's out of range, and keep the record your health inspector asks for.
Build a roster from recurring templates and let open shifts fill themselves against availability, position, and who worked last.
Guards request a swap, the covering guard confirms, and a supervisor signs off — with the whole chain recorded.
Every guard and instructor credential in one place, with expiration warnings that arrive before the certificate lapses.
Record what happened while it's fresh, and keep the incident and rescue history the state expects you to hold.
Run learn-to-swim and certification courses end to end, then issue certificates with your own facility's design.
Recurring checks generate themselves when they come due, and get ticked off as they're done.
The paperwork around the water — assignments, equipment coverage, and the reports that summarise it.
Two things that need no new hardware and no new habits — they just start showing up where your staff already are. The first one is already going out.
Each facility's coming week goes out as an email your staff can read on a phone without logging in. Managers get the whole roster; guards get theirs. Anyone who'd rather not receive it can turn it off.

Schedule changes reach the people they affect by text, not by hoping they check the app. Swaps already confirm by reply — the same channel opens up to the rest of the schedule.
The jobs that happen on the deck belong on the device already in your guard's pocket — a focused app, not the admin dashboard squeezed onto a small screen.
Four things a guard actually does during a shift, each one screen deep. No sidebar, no tables that scroll sideways, no pinching.
When a shift moves, the person it moved for finds out. Push notifications for schedule changes and shift reminders, with the same per-person controls as email and text — including the ability to turn them off.
Events today are classes wearing a different label. They get to be their own thing.
Swim meets, private rentals, parties, and closures as first-class entries — with their own capacity, their own sign-up, and a calendar you can actually look at instead of a filtered list.
The part that makes it operational rather than a second list: an event reserves the pool. Book a meet and the lanes it needs stop being available to a lesson, and the roster knows the guards it takes to cover it.
The largest change on this list, and the one furthest out — taking money from the public, not just tracking what you already collected.
Generate a link and send it. Someone renting a locker, signing a kid up for lessons, or buying a day pass pays from their phone without creating an account — and the record lands against the locker, the class, or the gate.
Payments go to your facility's own account, not ours to hold and hand back. Card handling runs on Stripe, so the card number never touches Aqua Mage — which is usually the first question a finance office asks.
This is a plan, not a promise — the order changes when facilities tell us it should. If something here matters to you, or the thing you need isn't on the list at all, tell us. That feedback is most of how this page gets rewritten.
