By accessing or using the Aquatics Aces platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, managers, and staff members.
Aquatics Aces provides aquatic facility management software including scheduling, certification tracking, incident reporting, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and use.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe on third-party rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, or engage in activities that interfere with the Service's operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aquatics Aces shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
